A Tempo di Metro"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>GTA Contest<\/strong> finalist project by <strong>Fabrizio Manfredini<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>NABA<\/strong> student <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;(A.T.M.) A Tempo di Metro &#8221; was born from the observation of a place that millions of people pass through every day: the Milan subway. For the author of the project, those familiar sounds &#8211; the beep of the turnstile, the voice announcing the stops, the click of the doors closing &#8211; became the raw material to build an unprecedented musical composition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The process begins with a series of recordings made directly live, selecting the most iconic subway noises. Imported into FL Studio 20, these sounds were reworked by modifying rhythm, intensity, and mixing: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; the sound of the turnstile becomes the main melody,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; the announcement of stops turns into the voice part,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; door closing is used as percussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The composition takes shape together with a video shot with a smartphone, edited in perfect sync: each image corresponds exactly to the sound that generated it, creating an immersive experience that combines music and everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With this project Fabrizio Manfredini fully interprets the concept of the &#8220;<em>Normal is Extraordinary&#8221;<\/em> contest<em>,<\/em> demonstrating how what goes unnoticed every day can reveal surprising creative potential when observed from a new perspective.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":25,"featured_media":5060,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false},"class_list":["post-5064","progetto","type-progetto","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/grandtourafam.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/progetto\/5064","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/grandtourafam.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/progetto"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/grandtourafam.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/progetto"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/grandtourafam.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/25"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/grandtourafam.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/5060"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/grandtourafam.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=5064"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
