A fascinating journey exploring the evolution of twentieth-century fashion, showing how a fascination with the exotic became an eccentric and revolutionary expression of style. This is the exhibition “Babylon: From Exotic to Eccentric” by IUAD Academy of Fashion, presented for the 2024 edition of Between Art and Fashion. The exhibition combines art, history and culture, diving into the influence of the Orient and other non-Western cultures on European and American fashion. Highlights moments of creative dialogue that redefine contemporary aesthetics. Each student contributed a personal interpretation of the theme, creating a vibrant tapestry of creativity.
